Sri K.R. Yegnarathnam is the eldest poorvashrama son of our Guru Sri Vimarshananda Nathendra Saraswathi Swamigal. He heads Bhaskara Prakasha Ashram in Chennai, India. 

For more than 40 years now, the nine days of Sharad Navarathri have been celebrated in a grand manner every year at the Ashram under his leadership. The Navarathri and Guru Aaradhana celebration is a core tradition of the Ashram which draws devotees from all over the world to the Sri Vidya Peetham in Chennai every year. 

He is also the driving force behind Sahasra Chandi Homams, Ati Rudram, Sampoorna Krishna Yajur Veda Ghana Parayanam and many more grand-scale events conducted at the Ashram. He has travelled extensively to perform homams, poojas and give discourses around India, Nepal, USA, Canada, Kenya, UK and UAE. He is renowned for being able to explain deep spiritual concepts and scriptures in an easy-to-grasp manner. 

He has recited in many publications of the Ashram, most notably the Lalitha Sahasranama Parayanakrama. You can find some recordings of his discourses on this page.
