Shri Gurubhyo Namaha!! Shri Maatre Namaha!!

With the blessings of our Gurumandalam and Sri Maha Shodashi we write to you with the hope that you and your loved ones are doing well despite the unprecedented state of events surrounding us. After a deep, careful deliberation and advice from our Gurus, we have decided to postpone the conduct of the much- awaited SahasraChandi Mahayagnam that was scheduled in Chicago this Summer from June 25th-28th 2020 to the following year 2021. All the programs scheduled for Summer 2020 will also be rescheduled for a later date. We will reopen the Registration form once the dates are finalised.

We realize that you will be disappointed by this delay, so are we. We briefly discussed conducting the events later this year, but with virtually no guarantees that things will go back to normal by then, we dropped the idea. Many factors went into the making of this difficult decision, chief among them were the safety of devotees and their inclination to participate whole-heartedly. On a brighter note, the Vasantha Navarathri Parayanams followed by the Devi Mahatmyam and Samskrtam Classes happening currently, have clearly demonstrated our resilience, our faith and our dedication to come together in prayer despite geographical divides.

We will continue to work with the same spirit of hope and complete surrender to Devi’s ways. Lokah Samastha Sukhino Bhavanthu !!
