Senior teachers conduct free classes for Vedic Chanting, Sri Vidya Upasana and various Stotrams.

We have grouped them into 2 broad cateogries - Vedic Classes and Sri Vidya classes as below.

We have completed teaching Taittiriya Upanishad to a new batch of students through our You Tube channel and started to teach Sri Rudram (Namakam) on June 13, 2021. Classes are held at 8.00AM IST every Sunday through Zoom.

We have recently commenced Stotram Class series. We completed Sri Guru Smaranam, Sri Maha Tripurasundari Praatah Smaranam and Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam, Devi Vaibhava Ascharya Ashtottram and currently teaching Sri Lalitha Trishati. Learn Sri Lalitha Triśati Stotram 

We welcome you all to the Lalitha Triśati Stotram Class which commenced on Tuesday December 7th 2021. The class will be conducted by Sri Raghu & Smt. Akhila Ranganathan every Tuesday at 6AM PST/9AM EST/ 7:30PM IST through BPA You Tube Channel.

Weekly Lalitha Sahasrananam Chanting by Children (Age 5 to 14):

BPA kids will be reciting Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam followed by Saptasloki every Sunday 9:30AM on BPA You Tube channel. To enroll your kid to Lalitha Sahasranamam and other shloka Classes, please send an email to bpaindia@bhaskaraprakasha.org

SAMSKRTAM CLASSES:

Samskrtam Shiksha classes were conducted exclusively by Dr. Mythili Seetharaman to help Bhaskara Prakasha Ashram members to understand the nuances of proper pronunciation while chanting texts and scriptures like Devi Mahatmyam, Lalitha Sahasranamam etc.

Dr. Mythili Seetharaman, Sahitya Shiromani, who has been teaching Samskrtam for the past 25 years, has done research in Sri Bhaskararaya’s Setubandha and obtained Doctoral degree from the University of Madras. She has been practicing the Shaakta worship after receiving Mantropadesam at the age of 14 from Sri Sri Vimarshananda Nathendra Saraswati Swamigal.

She conducted the first series of classes on the fundamentals of Samskrtam alphabets - Varnamala. The class videos were recorded in You Tube and the play list can be accessed here : http://tiny.cc/357frz
